It’s About Time

Been kind of busy lately (yeah, so what’s new?). Somehow got distracted and not blogging as I did initially so I supposed I lost time journaling events of my life. Actually I lost time journaling thoughts or insights that I gleaned throughout that time so to speak.  This lost block occured during my coworker’s trip to the US (3 mths). No, not blaming him but the workload did add up here and there. 

Well, latest thing was weekly swimming at Kat’s place for Amanda and myself.  She was brave and unafraid of adult pool though she still needed floating armband and especially adult supervision.  She loved jumping into the pool (as 2/12 yr-old) but she is learning not to do it without adult supervision.  Don’t know how long this will last but surely hope it will be for awhile. I think this came into our lives because of the dengue epidemic. Since there’s concern about going to the park and risking being eaten alive by these pesky aedes mosquitoes, might as well dip in pool which is more wholistic perhaps

 Oh well, got to go. At least i got to enter some thoughts before it slipped away.

She’s growing up fast to learn to eat meals by herself. This was taken at Ikea during June holidays. Of course, mess will be there but then again, how else will one learn to feed oneself?

Sweaty Little melon ran towards me gleefully, trying to ’scare’ me with the inflated rubber handglove. Note her cheeky look. It’s sheer delight and joy to play with her. Sometimes she is quite a handful but mostly she is good albeit cheeky.
